The preliminary spoilers for One Piece 1060 are out and they are absolutely incredible. It is no wonder that this is the final arc because Oda sensei is pulling out all the stops here. Remember, these are just the first portion; the detailed spoilers will come soon.
Im sama has been one of the prime mysteries of this story. Coming at the halfway point of the story, his introduction was extremely shocking. A person to whom even the Gorosei bow, the hidden king of the current world.
Fans are so excited to see him again.
Although, we are still clueless about the giant strawhat, and the pictures that were stabbed! With time, we hope to see more of this king and his power.
There are so many theories right now, which think of him as an immortal, or of the one-eyed tribe. We will see as time passes.
There is no break next week. We expected that of course since this is only the second week. After next week’s release, the break will come. We expect One Piece 1060 to be released on September 18th, 2022.
Now, let us take a look at the spoilers of One Piece 1060 that have been released so far.
Im Sama and his impact:
One Piece Chapter 1060 will show Im Sama with a map, where the Lulucia Kingdom has been crossed out. Just for reference, this is the Kingdom where the 4 commanders of the Revolutionary Army were introduced. And also, Ace got stranded here briefly and got saved by a girl.
Anyways, Lulucia Kingdom gets destroyed in this chapter. In the skies above it, dark clouds gather, followed by incredible thunderstrike. And then, a huge object comes crashing down, thereby destroying the whole nation.
This destruction of Lulucia and Im having the map with the cross mark – obviously this is related. Probably on orders of the hidden king, the kingdom is being decimated. Also, this might be a hint towards Im sama’s powers?! Truth be told, the thunderstrikes somewhat reminded us of Enel.
Sabo and Im Sama:
We also see that Sabo continues his call with Dragon in One Piece 1060. Here, he admits to visiting Lulucia and also tells that he saw someone sitting on the empty throne. The whole world believes that this throne is empty. But Sabo obviously saw Im sama on it.
But wait, the call is currently being tapped by the marines. They just heard that some person is sitting on a throne that belongs to no one. And the source is not someone who will lie; these are literally the two most important people in the Revolutionary Army!
This means that Im sama’s existence just got leaked. And that leads us to believe that Sabo is willing let this call be tapped. He plans to let the world know of this huge secret! However, the Marines will obviously try to get this information erased, it is what they do best.
Luffy and his dream
The name of One Piece 1060 is “Luffy’s Dream”. Luffy reveals his dream to his crewmates. This is probably the same dream that he said to Ace and Sabo. His brothers were very amused by it.
In conjunction, we saw a very similar reaction from Oden and Whitebeard, when Roger told them about his dream. And from the looks of it, the Strawhats are quite pleased by it.
