The rules created by people who have power are considered to be laws and mostly they issue them to bring the world of Awakeneds more in their favour. This also works as a driving source for Awakeneds to gain more power.
Since there’s hardly any independent Awakener, most belong to associations or groups to protect them against the power. Awakeneds can go up to any level to protect their own members but they will never use their power for another group. It’s a selfish world about preserving your own power.
The children of powerful Awakened families come to study at the World Academy who also are ingrained with the same principle to protect their own.
Hence they never step in to help the other rather doing something for another person is not an option. It is also true that if they make some mistake, it will affect not only them but also the whole organization they belong to.
The Frame members who attacked the Academy also thought to divide the students on this easy principle as they will never be united. But the Korean awakeneds working as a team was a great hindrance to their plan.
