Everyone is getting ready for the battle. They want to find that cave as soon as possible so that they can stop the summoning and decrease the damage. Hwayeon has already sent a squad to search for the cave in which the summoning is being held.
Kangwoo, Yeonju, and Hwayeon reach the entrance of the S-rank Gate and the squads stationed there are all ready to enter the Gate. The scouting squad found the cave they have been looking for and gets ready to enter the cave.
They get into the formation and enter the cave. For the government-trained soldiers, their teamwork look a bit amateurish but Kangwoo didn’t mind it.
They keep going in the cave but couldn’t find anyone. At last, they found some demonic humans who were in the middle of preparing the summoning circle. The cardinal of the demonic humans is preparing the final circle and is close to finishing it. Other demonic humans try to stop the squads from interfering with the summoning.
The cardinal completes the summoning circle and suddenly a crack in the air forms. The crack keeps on increasing and opens up a rift linking Hell to Earth. From it appears a demon with red glowing eyes opening up the rift with his hands to enter the Earth.

Kangwoo accepted to become a brother of Si Hoon. And with that Si Hoon revealed information about his abilities and why the rumour actually spread. He got an SSS-Rank ability on his very first awakening. He also received different messages from others, mentioning about Gaia system and him becoming its protector.
No one knew about that system and that took Kangwoo by surprise so he asked when Si Hoon awakened. And it was the day when Kangwoo broke away from Hell. Now Kangwoo is thinking of using him to heal the crack in the dimension as he has been chosen as a protector.
After Kangwoo’s escape from the hospital to avoid the brotherly love, he entered a gate with Echidna to fight some strong monsters. He received his 6th awakening but his ability name and rank were in a question mark and he need to reach the Extreme Demonic Delay to unlock them properly.
Seolah was done packing and informed Kangwoo that she and her mother were ready to move. Seolah was thankful to Kangwoo for the big house and Kangwoo mentions that he got the house from Cha Yeonju. She not only got jealous of Yeonju but also of Echidna who was acting all cute while asking to go out.
Seolah took her chance and asked Kangwoo to all go out together and then while the girls were doing all the shopping, Kangwoo was left to carry all the bags.
