In the newest episode, we take a look at the Re-Estize Kingdom. We start seeing Ainz worried about his plans for peace potentially clashing with his servant’s plan for domination.
As ordered, Princess Renner establishes the orphanage to find kids gifted in magical talent. Prince Zanac becomes the crown prince, owing to Barbro still missing.
Albedo arrives in Re-Estize to meet with Zanac. At the welcoming party, a noble named Philip takes interest in her. While his older brother died fighting with the Sorcerous Kingdom, Philip wants to use Albedo to improve his status.
He is backed by a wealthy woman named Hilma, who in turn wants to profit when he inherits his father’s position.
Philip tells his plan to Hilma, not knowing that she is already under the influence of Albedo. However, she lets him live since she has her own plans for him. In the meantime, alongside Hilma, Albedo makes her moves to solve the problems of E-Rantel.

Overlord Season 4 Episode 3 Spoilers
At the end of the episode, we had the previews for Overlord Season 4 Episode 3. Here we saw Albedo and Princess Renner together in a dark room. The latter is in service of the former and of course, of Ainz.
Thanks to Renner establishing the Orphanage, Ainz is happy.
Renner is rewarded and Albedo says how there is one more thing she must do. After this, the two of them talk about their respective crushes. The two yanderes talking in that dark room certainly has a chilling vibe to it.
But these are just the previews. More of the spoilers have not been released yet. But, going by the novel, we know that there will be a particularly entertaining scene involving Ainz and Albedo.
The former is worried about letting her go on the mission. The latter is seeking the love and affection of her boss! It is indeed an entertaining scene.
