A new episode of Tsurune Season 2 comes out every Thursday at midnight (JST). The release of episode 3 will be following this schedule as well.
The third episode of Tsurune 2 is scheduled to air on 19th January 2023. This is the release date in Japan and it will be the Japanese dub version. The version with subtitles will air at different times across the world.

Season 2 Episode 2 Recap
The second episode of Tsurune 2 is titled “All in the Mind”. It had the usual length of 25 minutes. The episode opened with the Kyudo club meeting at Kirisaki High. The coach gives them a talk about proving their mettle at the upcoming regional tournaments.
Manji tells the team that he wants to step down from his regular spot. He believes that with his current skills, he will not be able to help Kirisaki. The team respects his decision and replaces him with Kabashima. Manji’s brother Senichi is worried for him and promises to give him his full support.
After the meeting, Shu goes home where he sees his sister Sae waiting for him. She tells Shu that she wants to watch him shoot at the regional tournament. Shu points out that she has a piano lesson on that day and suggests her not miss it for the match.
On the day of the Regional High School Tournament, Minato leaves home early. He meets up with Seiya and together they reach the tournament venue.
The venue is filled with participants from various schools. Minato finds the atmosphere exciting. Ryouhei is quite nervous about performing well at the tournament.
Their coach and guide Masaki san give the team a pep talk, advising them to take the shots they want, the way they want to. He then suggests that they have a meal before the tournament begins.
Onogi goes to the restroom and meets his friends from middle school. They have a conversation that seems to make Onogi uncomfortable. Nanao and Minato come looking for him.
Meanwhile, Ryouhei, Rika, and Seiya get lunch for the team. On his way back, Ryouhei sees Sae struggling to find her way through the venue. Sae has come to see her brother and surprise him. He helps Sae find the audience area. Ryouhei answers some of her queries about Kyudo his answers impress her.
Ryouhei is less nervous now. The team gets ready for their match against Mikage High. Someone from the audience explains the game to Sae as she watches them shoot. The scene where Minato shoots is quite aesthetic. Kazemai moves on to the next stage with 16 hits. Sae is completely fascinated and finds Kyudo incredible.
After the match, Masaki gives Minato feedback. Minato is surprised by how detailed his observation can be. Ryouhei finds that one of his arrows is missing and looks for a potential replacement but is unable to find any.
Minato suggests that Shu can lend him one of his spare arrows as his build is similar to that of Ryouhei. Despite his doubts, Ryouhei finds Shu unexpectedly friendly too which Minato responds that Shu has been a friendly person by nature.
On their way back, Minato meets Eisuke Nikaido, his senior from junior high. They briefly catch up. Nikaido and his team leave for their match.
When Ryouhei asks Minato who it was, Minato explains that Nikaido practiced a different style of kyudo and had the coolest form he had ever seen back in junior high. The episode ends with a flashback of Minato and Nikaido from their Kirasaki Junior High days.
