As of now, Asta is still fighting alone. Lucius just showed up in the middle of his confession and began this battle. As the other people nearby are fleeing, there are two people who should join the fight. And they are Noelle and Mimosa.

Mimosa can heal Asta while Noelle can fight. We know that both of them have grown a lot since the beginning and have great magic. They can also go and ask for help. Right now, the kingdom is united.

We all know that there are 3 versions of the chapters. First, the raw scans of Black Clover Chapter 335, which will be released on 24th August 2022, in the latest Weekly Shonen Jump issue.
Followed by that, we have the fan-translated English version of the Black Clover chapter. It takes a couple of days to translate and we believe the chapter will be out on google before 27th August 2022.
And then, on 29th August, there will be the official English release of Black Clover 335. For some reason, they are showing a one-day delay on the chapter.

Black Clover Chapter 335 Spoilers:
The preliminary spoilers for the chapter have been released. As time passes, more leaks will be released and the chapter will be translated by 27 August 2022. And of course, its official release is on August 28, 2022.
Black Clover 335 seems like a setup for the villains. Lucius has revealed his future plan and how he plans to go about it. It looks quite solid now that his biggest problem is out of the way.
As of now, the chapter title has not been released.
We see that Noelle and Mimosa jump in to fight. After Asta’s fall, it is up to them to handle the situation.
However, Sister Lily stops them. She attacks them with a cube made in the air. Somehow, this stops their magic!
This is probably the magic of Beelzebub. But we are not sure yet. From the looks of it, Lucius plans to assign 1 devil to 1 paladin.
This means he can create a huge squad for himself. The best of the paladins might become his best pawns in the future.
Noelle tries to use her Water form but it disappears, rendering her unable to fight properly.
It also seems like Asta is dead! The last attack from Lily was more dangerous than we thought. Noelle, Secre, and Mimosa are petrified!
Lucius reveals that his plan is to convert humans into paladins. And Sister Lily is the first one of them.
Apparently, Lucius had used his soul magic on Beelzebub. This effectively put all the Devils in the Underworld at his mercy.
Finally, the captains arrive at the location. Yami and William sort of manage to recognize Lucius but not entirely.
Initial Thoughts on Chapter:
Asta is dead! That can’t be possible. Yes, he is the hero of the story and he can’t die. But that point aside, how could he die from a single attack from Lily?
We know Asta to be incredibly resilient. He has fought so many tough opponents. A simple slash on the chest can’t be enough to take him out. Which means, there is more to it than meets the eye.
As for the captains, they will probably have a dilemma now. They will see Julius but he has changed. Lucius has taken over and he is thoroughly a villain. So the captains have to take out their own king.
Fans are saying that Julius might not be completely gone. Some part of him might still be alive here. The time magic user was truly a strong man. Maybe he will be able to attack Lucius from the inside.
As for Asta, he will live. But maybe the point of view will be switched briefly. While we readers will be stuck thinking Asta is dead, the narrative can jump to Yuno and show his actions.
In short, the next few chapters will have a lot of content to process. The pace is high and the narrative is in full pace. Black Clover 336 will be incredible.
Black Clover Manga 335 Theories
If you can’t beat ‘em straight up, use underhanded tactics! Of course, that is how a villain should be. Lucius uses the Sister to make short work of Asta. We are keen to see more of his incredible powers in Black Clover 335 raw scans.
Somehow, it looks very similar to that of Yuno.
Is Asta stronger than before?
Asta is definitely stronger than back when the raid happened. Although how much stronger is still up for speculation.
What does look like an improvement, is his usage of the union. Back then, he could use this mode for merely 5 minutes. However, that is far too little time. Fights last a lot longer.
And thus, we see that Asta has come up with a different version of his Devil Union. He can now use it partially, making it denser and condensed on only a part of himself.

What did Lucius do?
Before us, we have a new level of strength. You see, Lucius uses both time magic and soul magic. The former is nearly undefeatable.
Although, Anti magic is the one thing capable of countering it, even the larger spells! Even when his spells touched Asta, they had no effect.
But this did not deter the villain. He simply switched to using physical attacks. Turns out, Lucius is just as good as Lucifero in this regard.

What is this soul magic?
